Other platforms?

I don't have the time to port to another platform, but I would be
happy to provide assistance to anyone who is interested.  If we get
enough requests for a particular platform, we might consider doing it.
For someone new to the system, but familiar with C, SML, and
compilers, it would probably take a week or so to port to a new
platform.

> What about source code availability?

All of the source code is included in the distribution.
