mlprof

I finally got around to porting mlprof to SML.  It's about 550 lines vs 450
lines of Python, and runs at almost the same speed, at least when profiling a
self compile.  The python version should now be considered obsolete.  I'll make
a new snapshot of MLton with the new profiler and all the other backend changes
that I've made sometime within the next 10 days, at least before the programming
contest so we can all work with the same version.
