new MLton: try again

I grabbed it a few minutes ago and am making the Red Hat 6.* stuff now.  I
haven't started making sure that the web stuff is all there, but what I see
seems fine so far.
You should compose some mail for MLton-discuss.  I don't know if it is worth
posting on comp.lang.ml and comp.lang.functional, but it probably really should
be done there as well.
I feel a bit badly that nothing ever goes out on MLton-discuss.  I don't want
people to think that nothing is going on with MLton.
