It's just that mlton.spec has to live somewhere. I view it as part of the
source, since it was written by hand, is not automatically generated, and is
needed to build the system (just like src/bin/make-rpms). I have been trying
over the last couple of months to move as much as possible (docs, regressions,
benchmarks, ...) of MLton into the srpm so that someone who wanted to really
could take over the project from the SRPM if they wanted (no no I'm not thinking
of leaving -- it just seems like a good philosophy).
