large regression tests (and benchmarks)

I would like to add sled.sml and lrtl.sml to the regressions.  However, as these
are large files (>1M), I don't really want them to bloat the srpms or
downloadable sources.  I see three possible solutions.

1. Don't put them in the regressions
2. Put them in regressions/, but change make-rpms to exclude them.
3. Put them somewhere else in the repository.

Anyone have any opinions on these, or other ideas?
