Since I am now the Debain maintainer, it seems a weird to me to have
separate sources and patches.  Also, the tgz filename
(mlton_20021018.1-1.tar.gz) was created by dpkg-buildpackage, so I
figured it was reasonable.

Anyways, I have changed my packaging process so it first creates the
appropriately named .orig.tar.gz file.  Running through the packaging,
I now get the .changes file below.  It seems silly to have the
empty diff (which compresses to 20 bytes).  But, if this looks right
to you, I'll post the files and you can dupload.
