Pretty much.  Adding the networking structures is welcome addition.  The
major changes are in the Array and Vector structures which split out the
*Slice structures, which is nice.

Anyways, John Reppy had announced the new basis a little under a year ago.
There were a lot of suggestions and requests for clarifications from those
of us who updated implementations, but a great silence from Reppy and
Gasner.  And Cambridge University Press has yet again pushed back the
availability date to March 2004.
