It seems cleaner to me to put the casts at the one call in
mgtk-mlton.c and leave the auto-generated file alone. That way, if
MLton auto-generates a different file, you don't have to change
anything. Also, you will become alerted to possible inconsistencies
if the SML _exports change or MLton changes the exports in some way.
MLton 20030716 generates a different file than the version you are
using -- not substantially, but enough so you don't need the -I to get
the types.h include.
