Ah, so the point is that MLton does not use the same pseudo-legal dead-code
elimination on the files mentioned in the .cm file that it does for the
basis library, right?  If it did, then it would just be a matter of the order,
and you could easily have (probably nested) .cm files which handled all of
the MLton library.
