[MLton-devel] Regexp.fromString

Regexp.fromString is supposed to parse a string and give you the resulting
regular expression (along with the vector of remembered matches)?  In general
the empty string is not used as a regular expression that succeeds matching
the empty substring, but it used as some other special thing, but that could
be done some where else.  I would say that for Regexp.fromString is is probably
better to accept it.
