[MLton-devel] world.mlton size increase

I did notice an increase in size when I was adding to the basis.  It may
account for most of the above increase.
One thing is that the bind/prefix/suffix files are all lexAndParse-d but
not parseAndElaborate-d in the world.
Also, there is new code in the basis (but, I certainly didn't double it).
