[MLton] Status of MLton releases and merging MinGW target?

Hello!


I would like to ask what the status is regarding MLton releases
and my options for merging the MinGW target into the official
sources. Is the latest release version (20030716?) OK to work
from or is there another version which you prefer that I work on?

I'm planning to work on this a few hours every day
now until the port is done. Really! :)
And this weekend I might even have a lot of time...
