[MLton] Welcome to Brent Fulgham

Welcome to Brent Fulgham, who has joined the MLton mailing list.
Brent is responsible for the recent revival of the programming
language shootout

He's mostly interested in tracking the progress of MLton for the
shootout, but is also interested in learning more about SML and
building larger applications.  He's also done some work on a MinGW
port of MLton.  

Since there's several people on the MLton list that have at various
times looked at a MinGW port, it would be good if you could all send
an update on your port's status, figure out where the combination of
your efforts is, and try to divvy up the work to finish.
