It did not make it.  Thanks for pointing this out.  I introduced a
problem in the procmailrc on October 19 that caused mail sent by me
(and only me, not others) cc'ed to MLton to not make the list.  I
believe I have fixed the problem.

There were 11 messages since October 19th that got dropped.  I will
resend them.  My apologies for the barrage.
