[MLton] cygwoes

Hi Tom.  I put up an experimental release of MLton for Cygwin.  Grab
version 20051102 at

  http://mlton.org/Experimental

This release uses Cygwin's mmap for allocating memory, which I hope
will avoid the problems you've been having.  All the regressions pass
with the release.  However, it does not self compile (at least on my
machine), reporting what appears to be a bug in Cygwin's mmap.
