[MLton-user] flags for def-use info and basis display

We are working on some improvements and are considering changing the
behavior (or possibly eliminating) some of the following four flags.

    -show-basis <file>            write out the basis library
    -show-basis-used <file>       write the basis library used by the program
    -show-def-use <file>          write def-use information
    -warn-unused {false|true}     unused identifier warnings

We are curious to hear about people's experiences, positive or
negative, with any of these flags.  So, if you've used them, please
