Problems with GLIBC2

Hi,

first of all I wanted to remark the excellent work that you have done with
MLton. Next I wanted to point out a problem that arised when I updated my
Redhat system to version 6.0. This new release comes with GLIBC-2.1.1 and in it

1) huge_val.h dissappears.
2) There is a bits/huge_val.h but it cannot be included directly

All in all I had to comment out the definitions that collided with "math.h" and
include "math.h", in order to compile MLton successfully.
