PLClub entry

I added the PLClubIN entries on the same machine used to generate the
other numbers that I reported earlier (on the use of fsqrt, fsin, ..).
The caml rumbers are the result of just one run, whereas all the
others are the average of 10 runs. OCaml is still significantly
better across the board,  but ...
