new MLton: try again

What  is  the web sub-directory.  Looking at the links in what it contains, I
gather that I should move everything in it up to the top level directory  and
then remove the empty web shell.

I  assume  that  the mlton.spec file in the top level directory is just a bug
and that it should be removed.

What is the user-guide directory?

Where is user-guide.ps.gz?

Where is the benchmarks directory?

Where is the HTML directory?

I'm going to wait for another try from you since this one just seems to  mal-
formed.
