source RPM fixes

In the source RPM, the file
    src/benchmark/tests/DATA/chess.gml
is mode 755 instead of 644.  Also, what is the file
    src/regresion/nonterminate/8
It is an executable file.  I assume that it should NOT be included.

Should the file
    src/mlton/cps/contify.old.fun
be included?
