20010706 files broken on web server?

	Dear MLton team,

I downloaded the following file:

http://www.sourcelight.com/MLton/mlton-20010706.src.tgz

using Netscape 4.7 on a Windows machine. It appeared (on Linux) that
LF was replaced by CR LF. After converting all CR LF sequences to LF,
it worked.

Possible causes for this could be that your server delivers a wrong
content type, transmits the file as text, or that the file is broken
on the server.

Other files may be affected as well, I did not try them.
