[MLton-devel] upcoming release

I put an experimental release, 20030708, at
http://www.mlton.org/experimental/.  The only known problems are the
Debian failure and the RedHat 9.0 failure.  I'm looking into both of
those.  Please try stuff out and get any fixes in today.  I hope to
release tomorrow.
