[MLton-devel] Sourceforge problem?

Many times when I do a
    cvs co .
to  update  the  latest  MLton it zips along for a while and then just stops.
Usually if I do it again it works.  Over the last 45 minutes I have tried  it
a half dozen times and every time it just hangs.  It always stops at the same
point with the last line printed being
    cvs server: Updating test/subdir-b

Cvs is just waiting for some data from ssh which  is  waiting  for  something
from  the Sourceforge site.  Any idea what is going on or what can be done to
fix it?
