I believe this is a Windows case-insensitivity problem. mlton/cm is
definitely needed. The problem is in the bin/clean script, which
removes "CM" directories, which used to be created by SML/NJ's CM.
But since they aren't any longer (we now use 110.44) I've taken out
the line. Hopefully you can CVS update to get the cm directory and
then rebuild.
