the changelog link that points into CVS is broken (in that it gets
interpreted as a wiki page).

Fixed: Changing the url from cvs.mlton.org to mlton.org/cvs.

I can't log in, getting an error page:
  IOError[Errno 13] Permission denied: '/tmp/z'

Fixed: The immediate problem was a leftover /tmp/z on mlton.org, owned by
sweeks rather than apache.  Removing the file fixed the problem.
