[MLton] bug fixes?

I haven't been able to reproduce the problem, which is quite bizarre.
It says that a 20041109 MLton can't compile itself with
mlton-stubs.cm.  Even more bizarre, it runs out of memory during
elaboration, which easily completes in <512M.  If anyone can reproduce
the problem I'd love to see it.  I will continue investigating.

I don't think they will move 20041109 into testing, because it has
more bugs than 20040227.
