[MLton] logging into the wiki

Sorry, the MoinMoin email configuration option was turned off.  I just
turned it on.  Now, you can go to http://mlton.org/Preferences, enter
your email, and click "Mail me my account data".  After visiting the
"Login URL" you get via email, you will be logged in, and can then go
to the Preferences page and enter a new password.

(If someone finds a good page on the wiki to put this info, please do
