I thought there was something in the tool that would do this.  But I
don't see it now -- maybe it is just update with no args. Perhaps you
could make "wiki co" with no args do the right thing?

Then you need a local web server and MoinMoin setup.  A bit much for a
lot of people.  It would be nice to have a standalone tool that
translates the markup into HTML.
