[MLton-devel] web hosting

Because sourceforge doesn't give raw access to web logs, I decided to
move the hosting for www.mlton.org to another service.  I just updated
the DNS to move stuff over.  Please let me know if you see any
problems.

Note that cvs.mlton.org is still at sourceforge, as well as the file
downloading stuff.
